The exercises are great. I gave four stars instead of five stars only because it has so much instruction. I really wanted a dvd that took three minutes for the exercises instead of having the exercises embedded into the instructional segments making the dvd much longer. I highly recommended the dvd anyway because as said earlier, the exercises are great for your face.
